• Understand your loved one's care needs and match you with appropriate licensed assisted living homes;
• Contact you about your inquiry, schedule consultations, and coordinate tours;
• Communicate with assisted living homes on your behalf, with your knowledge, to arrange placement;

Puget Cares is compensated by the assisted living homes we partner with through a referral fee after a successful placement. We do not charge families for our services.

• With licensed assisted living homes you are actively considering, so they can respond to your inquiry;
• With service providers who help us operate (such as email or scheduling tools), under obligations to protect your data;

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our placement services and to maintain records of the referral relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by reaching out using the contact information below. We will honor reasonable requests to the extent consistent with our legal and recordkeeping obligations.
